Composite Process Development
We have extensive experience in the development of composite structures and have worked in industries such as automotive body panels ('A' surface quality), packaging and structural components. These processes include SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound), Hand Lay- up, RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and RIM (Reaction Injection Moulding). These specialities include development of composite suppliers to reduce surface defects and increase productivity whilst reducing costs.
